При интенсивном разведении рыб усиливается воздействие стресс-факторов, провоцирующих снижение общей резистентности. Применение иммуномодуляторов способствуют усилению иммунной устойчивости организма. Цихловые представляют ценность как объекты аквакультуры: тиляпия – неприхотливая в выращивании товарная рыба с высокими потребительскими качествами; дискус – популярный объект в мировой аквариумистике. Цель работы – изучение влияния пробиотика субтилис-С, содержащего живые природные штаммы Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus licheniformis, на физиологическое состояние и клеточный иммунитет у дискусов и тиляпий. В лейкограмме дискусов, получавших пробиотик, отмечено значительное увеличение доли моноцитов, что свидетельствует об усилении неспецифической клеточной защиты (фагоцитоза). У тиляпий опытной группы в крови выявлено увеличение процентной доли лимфоцитов и появление эозинофилов и базофилов. Применение добавки пробиотика увеличивало у дискусов и тиляпий содержание катионного лизосомального белка в нейтрофилах крови, что свидетельствует об увеличении потенциальной фагоцитарной активности, повышающей способность организма противостоять инфекции и инвазии. Пробиотик повышал выживаемость икры и личинок у дискусов и оплодотворяемость икры у тиляпий. Заключили, что применение пробиотика способствует у рыб повышению резистентности к заболеваниям и показателей воспроизводства
