Хотя органические кислоты давно используются в качестве кормовых добавок, результаты их применения неустойчивы. Рекомендации по применению импортных препаратов ОК зачастую не имеют достаточного научного обоснования, если не учитывают реальных величин КСС и КАБ рационов. Цель данной работы – систематизация данных экспериментальных исследований по изучению влияния кислотосвязывающей способности кормов и величины электролитного баланса на продуктивное действие у поросят и свиноматок. Основные разделы: кислотосвязывающая способность корма (КСС), катионно-анионный баланс (КАБ), взаимосвязь КСС и КАБ, влияние кормов с различным КАБ на физиологическое состояние и продуктивность поросят, влияние отрицательного КАБ у свиноматок. Проанализированы данные исследований, в которых поросятам в корм добавляли муравьиную, фумаровую, масляную кислоты или бензоат кальция, которым заменяли углекислый кальций. Поросята были подвергнуты операции с наложением илео-цекального анастомоза и фистулы для отбора кишечного химуса.
