Цель работы – дать оценку общего состояния проблемы контроля уровня контаминации кормов микотоксинами (МТ), проанализировать современные подходы к анализу содержания микотоксинов в кормах и к выбору адсорбентов, дать некоторые практические ориентиры для снижения уровня контаминации кормов. Обосновано новое представление о суммировании действия индивидуальных МТ, содержащихся в кормах, контаминированных в естественных условиях. Предложен метод оценки действия МТ на животных при обнаружении в корме нескольких микотоксинов. Самым распространённым методом профилактики микотоксикозов в РФ в настоящее время является применение адсорбентов, но выбор нужного адсорбента представляет собой проблему, кардинального научного решения которой пока не имеется. Даны рекомендации по наиболее рациональному выбору адсорбентов в практических условиях.
