ABSTRACT. It is known that some representatives of a large group of bacteria of the genus Bacillus in the composition of probiotic premixes are able to prevent intestinal disorders, in some cases even more than traditional probiotics based on lactobacillus and bifidobacteria. The aim of this work was to study the effects of different doses of the probiotic preparation "Belsubtil", containing representatives of spore-forming bacteria of the genus Bacillus, in the diet of broiler chickens for physiological and biochemical indices and productivity. The experiment was carried out on three groups of 7-day-old chickens of the COBB-500 cross, 36 heads in each group (group I, controls, groups II and III received 1 and 2 g of probiothyotic premix per 1 kg of feed, respectively). Feeding was carried out with full-ration concentrate, up to 35 days of age with mixed feed of PK-5, then with mixed feeds of PK-6 until the end of the experiment. During the whole experimental period (35 days), the control of the general condition of the bird was carried out daily, the birds were weighed weekly. The chickens were grown to 42 days of age, followed by slaughter and taking blood samples and contents of blind intestinal processes. Changes in the composition of the microflora of the digestive tract were recorded in the II and III groups (an increase in the number of bifidobacteria and Bacillus, P<0.05), the efficiency of feed utilization increased due to an increase in gross growth in live weight and a decrease in feed cost per 1 kg of live weight gain (1.72 kg in group II vs 1.94 in the control group). Poultry safety was 100% in the experimental groups and 91.7% (P<0.05) in the control group. In general, to increase the productivity of broiler chickens, reduce feed cost per 1 kg of live weight gain and increase the safety, it is recommended to add the probiotic premix "Belsubtil" to the diet in the amount of 1 g/kg of feed throughout the 35-day growing period.
