ABSTRACT. There are presented the results of the comparative analysis of morpho-physiological and immunological status of rainbow trout Parasalmo (Oncorhynchus) mikyss of different breeding groups grown in typical factory. It is shown that on the general morpho-physiological indices three studied breeds were not significantly different, indicating the standardized conditions of feeding and rearing. In breeding groups Kamloops Trout and Amber Adler, the increased number of immune deficit fishes was revealed which indicates the immune supressive condition of innate humoral immunity. In Kamloops Trout this was substantiated also by increased blood serum content of nonspecific immune complexes. By the authors’ opinion, the revealed abnormalities in innate humoral immunity indices in Kamloops trout may be associated with special traits of physiological status and spawning periods of this fish.
