Model of acute destructive pancreatitis induced by cryogenic action on pancreas was studied on 5 pigs at the age of 5 month. In the 5 control pigs, some non-significant changes were indicated in the microflora of gastrointestinal tract. At 3rd day of the trial, the symptoms of intestinal disbiosis were indicated in treated animals, in particular, decrease in the number of bifidobacteria, lactobacilli, E. coli. During the course of 7-14 days, the associations of Staphylococcus with Proteus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were revealed in the intestinal content. Against the background of dysbiosis, the complicated course of pancreatitis was manifested in treated animals with the development of serous fibrinous peritonitis and pleurisy caused by the presence of abnormal microflora in biological fluids of chest and abdominal cavities.
