The object was to study expression of hLF in rabbits obtained using microinjection in zygotes pronucleus of gene construction with hLF under promoter of bovine αS1-casein gene (αS1-Cn-hLf). Frequency of αS1-Cn-hLf integration in genome of embryos reached blastocyst stage was 40.9%. Integration of transgene in genome of born was varied in the range 10.0-16.6% and a total efficiency of transgenese was 0.4-1.0% in various variants of the experiment. Among three primarily transgenic rabbits, only in one female rabbit the transgene has been incorporated in cells of all embryonic leafs. In two another rabbits there was a mosaic incorporation of transgene. Integration of transgene did not exert influence on reproductive ability in her and in hers posterity F1, in males and females. In rabbits born by primarily transgenic rabbit female, transgene was integrated into another organs and tissues. Concentration of hLF in milk of transgenic rabbit females (of mother and daughters) was varied from 0.2 up to 1.2 µg/ml. Secretion of hLF by mammary glands of transgenic rabbits was the most in first stage of lactation: as an average, up to 21-25 days, and at following stages it gradually decreased. Content of hLF in milk of transgenic rabbits has been decreasing in each following lactation. This decrease in milk hLF concentration has been taking place just as in heterozygous, as in homozygous by hLF animals.
