ABSTRACT. The trial was performed on 3 groups of one-year carp Cyprinus carpio, 15 individuals each placed in 200 L aquariums fed daily during 5 days of fully balanced concentrate (BC, I group, control), BC supplemented with preparation of ciprofloxacin (Antibac 100) at a dose 0.5 g/kg of fish mass (II group) or with probiotic based on Bacillus subtilis (Sub-Pro, 50×109 CFU/g at a dose 0.5g/kg of fish mass (II group)). Probes of biomaterials were taken after 1, 3 and 7 d of giving preparations. The value of liver-somatic index was lesser compared with control (P<0.05) at all measurement times, but in II group only at 7 d. In both treatment groups, there was indicated an increase in MDA in spleen, liver and kidney at all measurement times, except 7 d in spleen and liver in II group. The level of total protein in both treatment groups was lower at 7 d vs control (P<0.05). The revealed changes in morpho-physiological indices indicate the decrease in adaptation potential of fishes under application of tested doses of preparations.
