The object was to estimate the possibility of the using natural metabolites solution to neutralize negative action on embryos of the eggs disinfection by formaldehyde vapor. After disinfection, the hatching chicken eggs were treated by water solution of ethanolamine, 0.1%, succinic acid. 0,1%, serine, 0.2% at the dose ≈5 ml per 136 eggs. In one-day-chicks, the probes of the blood and liver were taken for biochemical and histologic analysis. In the treatment group, there was evaluated the increase in total lipids (P<0.001) and hemoglobin (P<0.001) concentration, and the decrease in bilirubin level (P<0.001) and γ-glutamyl transpeptidase activity in blood (P<0.001). The chicks and liver mass in treatment group was greater compared with control (P<0.001 and P<0.0.5 respectively), the chicks yield and eggs hatchability were superior vs control by 9,38 (P<0,001) and 9,26% (P<0,001) respectively. Hepatoprotective effect was substantiated by histological examination. The data obtained suggest that treatment of the eggs by solution of ethanolamine, succinic acid and serine may be an aid to normalize metabolism of embryo and to ameliorate morphologic traits of the liver under the use of formaldehyde for disinfection of hatching eggs.
