ABSTRACT. In the lowland zone of Dagestan Republic, there are registered the deficit of ones and excess of others micro- and macroelements. The purpose of the study was the comparative testing of the efficiency of two mineral additives: Farmasol-P(С)-L (dicalcium phosphate, diammonium phosphate, Fe, MgO, ceo-I, Cu, Zn, Se) and premix P60-2 (Mn, Zn, Cu, I, Co, Se, S, santoquin). The study was carried out on 15 Swiss cows ascribed to 3 groups, one control and two treatment groups which were fed during 90 days the basic diet supplemented with mineral additive or premix. Both preparations exerted positive influence on the indices of mineral composition of blood, milk and hair in comparison with control. In both treatment groups, there was indicated the increase in milk yield (P<0.01) and in percentage of milk fat. Milk fat yield was higher (P<0.01) in cows fed Farmasol-P(С)-L in comparison with premix P60-2.
