The trial was performed on 252 laying hens which at the age 26 weeks were assign to 9 group fed basic diet (BD, control), BD + multicomponent anti-stress additive Opti-Pro (OP) at the dose 1.25 (group 2), 1.5 (group 3), 1.75 (group 4), and 2.0 (group 5) g/kg feed, or BD + mixture of antioxidants Evrotioks Plus Dry (EPD) at the dose 100 (group 6), 125 (group 7), 150 (group 8), 175 (group 9) mg/kg feed respectively. Viability and egg production were the most in groups fed additives 1.5 g OP/kg and 125 mg EPD/kg (P<0.05 compared with control). Addition to the diet of OP and EPD at the optimal doses leaded to decrease in the blood contents of products of lipid peroxidation and to increase in the activity of catalase, superoxide dismutase and glutathione reductase. In comparison with control, the live weight at the end of trial was higher in groups 3 and 7 (P<0.001). Feed expenditure (kg feed/kg eggs) in groups 3, 7, 8, 9 were 2.10 (P<0.05), 2.08 (P<0.001), 2.10 (P<0.001) 2.11 (P<0.05) compared with control (2.21). The most efficient were additives OP at the dose 1.50-2.00 g/kg feed and ЕPD at the dose 125-175 g/kg feed.
