The trial was performed on 10 Kholmogor multiparous cows in the stage of sustainable lactation with daily milk yield 17 kg fed 200 g of concentrate per 1 kg of milk during preliminary period and 400 g of concentrate per 1 kg of milk ration during 2 month of treatment periodh of lactation. Аt the end of treatment period, there were indicated the increase in daily milk yield by 2 kg, an increase in blood plasma level of high-molecular proteins and in plasma viscosity, on background of constancy of whole blood viscosity. At the same time, a decrease in hemoglobin level (Р<0.001) and in hemoglobin content per one erythrocyte (Р<0.001) was indicated. The number of leucocytes increased (Р<0.05), at the expense of the increased number of granulocytes (P<0.05). Number of lymphoid cells tended to decrease on the background of increased content of small lymphocytes (Р<0.01). The pool of lymphocytes capable to blast transformation changed. Number of "atypical" lymphocytes (Р<0.001) and "atypical" neutrophils (Р<0.001), granulated lymphocytes increased on the background of eosinophily (Р<0.05). The data obtained suggest that high concentrate rations can produce a negative influence on the blood functions and physiological status of lactating cows.
