ABSTRACT. The purpose of the paper was to give general evaluation of the current state in the field of control over the level of feed contamination by mycotoxins (MT), to perform analysis of contemporary approaches to assessment of MT concentration in feeds and to rational choice of adsorbents, and to give some practical recommendations to decrease feed contamination. There was substantiated the novel concept of the integrated action of several individual MT containing in the naturally contaminated feeds. The method is proposed to estimate the MT actions in the animal under detecting several MT in feed. The method of mycotoxicose prophylaxis, the most often used in Russia, at present is the use of adsorbents, but the choice of an effective adsorbent is defined as the great problem, and scientific solution of this problem lacks for the present. It is described the general method of the rational choice of adsorbent in practical conditions.
